Montford House Renovation

In the heart of Montford, this family of four loved their home’s character and location but needed more space to grow. Instead of moving or rebuilding, they reimagined what they had, transforming a garage into two bedrooms, a full bath, and additional living space, while creating a private primary suite upstairs. Midway through the renovation, the vision expanded to include a beautifully updated kitchen with a spacious island. What was once a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house became a thoughtfully redesigned 5-bedroom, 3-bath home without adding a single square foot.
